Along with an extensive professional career in the tourism industry, Simon was invited as a guest speaker and NCU Charlotte, to speak about Chinese culture and traditions. He is regularly at the Chengdu Panda Research Base showing students the breeding program as well as teaching Mandarin to young people globally, through the art of Sichuan Opera.
